Introduction
DCU for Kids Foundation, the charitable arm of DCU (Digital Federal Credit Union), values the lifelong benefits of a college education. The Annual Memorial Scholarship Program exists to help exemplary students cover college costs while acknowledging their academic achievement and commitment to pursuing higher education.
Who may apply
Applications will open on December 12, 2025. Eligible applicants are high school seniors who plan to enroll at a state- or nationally-accredited college or university in Fall 2026.
How recipients are chosen
Scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, teacher recommendations, an original essay, awards and honors, and involvement in extracurricular and community service activities. Submissions will be evaluated by an impartial panel made up of business professionals and educators from the collegiate level.
